• Organized, fast learner and able to handle fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and interviewing skills.
• On-site work availability in Silangan Brgy. Mapagong Calamba Laguna.
• Available to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Build active candidate pipelines and match candidates to client requisitions.
• Manage end-to-end hiring cycle: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding coordination.
• Utilize multiple channels (job boards, social networks, referrals) to source candidates.
• Handle high-volume candidate pools to meet weekly staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking logs and submit End-of-Day reports.
• Adapt recruitment strategies for fast-changing volume requirements.
