Job summary

Ibex Limited in the Philippines is seeking an entry-level Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for CSR, TSR, and Sales Agents. You will conduct interviews, administer tests, and help present offers, aiming to meet staffing SLAs and drive a strong candidate experience.

Collaborate with the hiring department to calibrate requirements, close roles, and maintain productive relationships with internal and external partners while delivering timely reports and meeting performance targets.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience specializing in volume recruiting in a BPO setting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Intermediate knowledge in MS Office applications.
• Experience using online job portals for sourcing activities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work on several hiring targets simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
