Job summary

ibex in the Philippines is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to manage the selection process, conduct initial and behavioral interviews, endorse candidates, and onboard for program-specific assessments.

The role is seasonal for 2 months, based in Shaw, Mandaluyong or Pasig. Strong MS Office, email communication, and calendar management are required. Fresh graduates are welcome; BPO recruitment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Completed at least 2nd year in college with no backlogs.
• Business Administration, HR, Psychology graduates or equivalent are a plus.
• Fresh graduates welcome; preferably with BPO or recruitment experience.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and Outlook.
• Proficient in writing professional emails and other communication modes.
• Familiar with video conferencing tools and calendar invites.

Responsibilities

• Converts applicants endorsed from Initial Interview to Job.
• Follow turn-around-time to monitor and process applicants in real time.
• Build strong rapport to support the candidate and selection process.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily business needs.
• Calibrate with stakeholders to identify best-fit applicants for the program.
• Ensure a 100% fill rate/completion rate for all.

Job description

Participate in all Selection Process of each applicants through different variety of applications. Conduct Initial and Behavioral Interview, endorse, monitor and converts the applicants for their final interview, discuss and onboard the applicants to program specific assessment and language assessment, discuss the Job offer to the selected applicants and endorse the selected applicants to training team.

Responsibilities

• Converts the applicants being endorsed from Initial Interview up to Job
• Follow scheduled turn-around-time to ensure that applicants are being monitored and processed in real-time manner.
• Build strong rapport to ensure candidate and selection process
• Collaborate with each team members to ensure that the daily business needs are being
• Calibrate with stakeholders on a timely manner to know the applicants profiles that is best fit for the program.
• Ensures 100% fill rate/completion rate for all

Qualifications

Education

• Completed at least 2nd year in College without back
• Business Administration Course, B.S.B.A Human Resources, and B.S Psychology Graduate or any equivalent course is a plus

Experience

• Fresh graduates are welcome to

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency with MS Office and Outlook
