Job summary

Ibex Limited is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support the end-to-end candidate journey in Manila. You will assist with initial and behavioral interviews, endorsements, and communications with applicants, and help transition selected candidates to program assessments and training.

The role emphasizes timely processing, strong communication, and collaboration with multiple teams to ensure a smooth selection process and high satisfaction from applicants and stakeholders alike.

Qualifications

Overview

Participate in all Selection Process of each applicants through different variety of applications. Conduct Initial and Behavioral Interview, endorse and monitor the applicants for their final interview, discuss and onboard the applicants to program specific assessment and language assessment, discuss the Job offer to the selected applicants and endorse the selected applicants to training team.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the conversion rate of the applicants being endorsed from Initial Interview up to Job Offer
• Follow scheduled turn-around-time to ensure that applicants are being monitored and processed in real-time manner.
• Build strong rapport to ensure candidate and selection process satisfaction.
• Collaborate with each team members to ensure that the daily business needs are being met.
• Calibrate with stakeholders on a timely manner to know the applicant’s profiles that is best fit for the program.
• Ensures 100% fill rate/completion rate for all ramps.

Qualifications

Education:

• Completed at least 2nd year in College without back subjects.
• Business Administration Course, B.S.B.A Human Resources, and B.S Psychology Graduate or any equivalent course is a plus

Experience:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• With at least 1 year with BPO or Recruitment Experience in any field.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency with MS Office and Outlook
• Effective and efficient in creating/writing professional emails and/or other mode of communication
• Ability to navigate video conference applications/platforms as well as calendar invites, etc.

Soft Skills:

• Responds quickly to changes in roles, structures, processes and new platforms involving Recruitment and can work under pressure/with minimum supervision.
• Highly motivated with strong sense of commitment.
• Average to Good Communication skills
