Qualifications

Recruitment and Engagement Associate

Job Overview: The role is responsible for managing key Human Resources functions, with a primary focus on talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and employee engagement. This position ensures a smooth and positive employee experience from recruitment through onboarding and engagement, while partnering closely with hiring managers, leadership, and various departments to support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, applicant screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers. Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process. Track and report on job vacancies and hiring progress.

Onboarding: Oversee employee onboarding, including collection of pre-employment requirements and delivery of initial orientation.

Employee Engagement and Events: Develop and implement engagement programs to boost employee motivation and participation. Lead the full lifecycle of engagement initiatives—from planning and promotion to execution and evaluation. Design communication materials (e.g., emails, posters) to promote internal programs and events. Coordinate with leadership and departments for event logistics, budgeting, and sourcing. Evaluate and report on program outcomes, with recommendations for improvement.
