Job summary

Jobtailor in the Philippines is seeking a skilled recruiter to source, screen, and hire across multiple job levels in a fast-paced environment. You will manage advertising in digital and print media, maintain accurate records, and report on all phases of the recruitment process including EEO statistics.

The ideal candidate has a college degree, strong problem solving skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders while guiding new team members through end-to-end recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Formal education and relevant expertise in a professional, sales, or technical area.
• College or university degree required
• Knowledge and experience in own field
• Expanded conceptual understanding of theories, practices, and procedures
• Ability to use deductive reasoning to solve problems and make recommendations

• Source, recruit, screen, interview, and recommend candidates for all job levels
• Utilize employment agencies as needed
• Place employment ads in digital and print media
• Maintain accurate and concise records
• Report on all phases of the recruitment process, including EEO statistics
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Comply with all policies and standards
• Contribute to and manage projects
• Provide informal guidance to new team members
