Job summary

ADI Recruitment Inc. is seeking a results-driven Recruitment Specialist to join our Taguig team on-site.

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer management, focusing on executive search and headhunting for client roles. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of recruitment experience, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to build candidate pipelines quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR/related field.
• 1 year of recruitment experience required (executive search/head hunting).
• Experience with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed, Kalibrr) is advantageous.
• Strong passive sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to build candidate pipelines and manage multiple vacancies.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, portals, networks, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate research, profiling, initial screening, and qualification.
• Perform executive search and headhunting for specialized roles.
• Review resumes and assess candidates based on experience and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and provide candidate assessments to stakeholders.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and people-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in recruitment, executive search, headhunting, or a similar role, with a strong interest in identifying and connecting exceptional talent with the right career opportunities.

In this role, you will manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing and screening through interview coordination and offer management. You will work closely with clients and hiring teams to understand their requirements and build strong candidate pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct candidate research, profiling, initial screening, and qualification based on job requirements.
• Perform executive search and headhunting activities for specialized and hard-to-fill positions.
• Review resumes and assess candidates based on experience, skills, qualifications, and overall fit.
• Conduct initial phone or online interviews and provide accurate candidate assessments.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, clients, and hiring managers.
• Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements, expectations, and candidate profiles.
• Provide regular recruitment updates, candidate status reports, and pipeline insights.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation in the company's ATS or recruitment database.
• Meet established recruitment targets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Stay updated on talent market trends, sourcing strategies, and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, executive search, headhunting, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, Kalibrr, or similar sourcing platforms is an advantage.
• Strong candidate passive sourcing and research skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate assessment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Comfortable working with recruitment targets and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in executive search or agency recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for professional, technical, managerial, or specialized positions.
• Knowledge of Boolean search and LinkedIn X-Ray sourcing techniques.
• Experience working with ATS or recruitment management systems.
• Strong networking and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive and creative approach to candidate sourcing.
