Job summary

HR Focus, located at Pasir Panjang (near Pasir Panjang MRT) is hiring a hands-on facilities and security assistant. You will support member services, events, and facility operations on a 6-day work week with rotating shifts across morning and evening blocks.

Salary ranges from $2,200 to $3,000 per month based on experience, with sick leave, dental & medical coverage, AWS and a performance bonus. ITE/N/O certificate holders with recreation club exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• ITE /N /O Certificate with basic engineering hands-on experience.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be able to monitor members, guests, and contractors during events/activities and must be able to perform moderately strenuous tasks
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and related IT applications
• Prior experience in a recreation club will be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to members, including ID pass checks.
• Handle phone enquiries, bookings, payments, and prepare daily reports.
• Monitor members, guests, and contractors during events and activities.
• Demonstrate activity procedures and safe equipment usage.
• Prepare and set up facilities before events.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Oversee opening/closing of facilities and premises security.
• Maintain facilities and equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Report maintenance issues or unsafe conditions to the supervisor

NO WORK PASS quota available

• Location: Pasir Panjang (near Pasir Panjang MRT station)

• Salary: $2,200 – $3,000/month (based on relevant experience)

• Working Hours: 6-day work week, staggered rotating 8hrs shifts between 7.30am to 11pm
  *** Morning: 7:30am – 3:30pm (staggered)
  *** Afternoon: 3:00pm – 11:00pm (staggered), Sundays ending at 9.00pm
