PERSOL Outsourcing is recruiting for a Payment Processing Officer to support daily operations, handle enquiries, and ensure smooth workflows. The role requires cashiering and customer service experience, strong communication, and a proactive team player attitude.

Shifts include rotating 4 days work, 2 days off, with 10am–10pm and 10pm–10am timeframes. Singapore Woodlands location with attractive allowances and incentives offered.

Formación

• Minimum GCE N Level qualification.
• Prior cashiering and customer service experience is a plus.
• Cheerful, proactive and a strong team player with a positive work attitude.
• Detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily operations to ensure tasks and workflows run smoothly.
• Handle enquiries and assist in resolving potential issues promptly and effectively.
• Respond to operational needs and make timely decisions to prevent service disruptions.
• Reconcile daily cash collections with system reports at the end of each shift.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned.

Working Hours / Location:

• Rotating Shift: 4 Days Work, 2 Days Off
• 10am to 10pm & 10pm to 10am (with 2 hours break)
• Woodlands
• With attractive Allowances + Incentives!

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N Level qualification
• Prior experience in cashiering and customer service will be an advantage
• Cheerful, proactive, and a strong team player with a positive work attitude
• Detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask and perform under a fast-paced environment
