Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing is seeking a Concierge Officer (Part-time) in a fast-paced environment to provide exemplary customer service, assist shoppers and tenants, and handle inquiries and administrative tasks. The role requires strong communication and the ability to work at least 4 days per week, including one weekend.

We offer comprehensive training, a bi-weekly salary payout, and a 3-month renewable contract. Applicants should be prepared for a dynamic workplace in the mall setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE "N" Level with at least 1 year experience in customer service / hospitality / retail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional assistance to shoppers and tenants, ensuring excellent service and addressing inquiries promptly.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to gift redemptions, mall promotions, and gift voucher sales.
• Offer directional support to shoppers and tourists.
• Handle complaints and suggestions.
• Manage and update the database daily.
• Administer written and verbal feedback from the desk.
• Respond to incoming calls and inquiries.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
