Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Safety Officer for a 6-month contract at Mapletree Hi-Tech Park. The role focuses on implementing and maintaining WSH policies, ensuring site compliance, and leading safety coordination with subcontractors.

The candidate will conduct site inspections, risk assessments, toolbox meetings, and safety trainings while liaising with authorities and clients on WSH matters.

Qualifications

• Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer will be advantageous.
• Relevant experience in construction, cleanroom, M&E or engineering project safety.
• Familiar with WSH Act, WSH regulations and site safety requirements.
• Experience in risk assessment, incident investigation and safety documentation.
• Able to conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings and site inspections.
• Good communication and coordination skills with site teams, subcontractors and clients.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to follow up on corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Location: Mapletree Hi-Tech Park @ Kallang Way




• Working hours: 5.5-day work week, office hours




• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6000




• Duration: Employment Type: 6-month contract -Convertible to permanent employment or extendable based on work performance
