Job summary

Ivoclar seeks a Finance & Accounting Services Associate - Record to Report to join the Global Shared Services team in the Philippines. You will manage master data, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and close activities, ensuring strong internal controls and accurate financial reporting across our subsidiaries.

We value meticulous problem-solving, collaboration, and integrity. A business-related degree and 3–4 years in finance/accounting, with SAP S/4HANA experience, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is required.
• 3–4 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably Record to Report.
• Experience in a Shared Service environment or multinational corporation is preferred.
• Experience in SAP (SAP S/4 HANA) is preferred.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills and high integrity.

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounting & Controlling Master Data tasks such as cost accounts/centers and hierarchies.
• Manage Fixed Assets, asset transfers, inventories, and disposal records.
• Oversee Intercompany Accounting, reconciliations, and disputes.
• Perform Finance Close including asset valuation and FX revaluations.
• Ensure compliance with Legal, Ethical standards, and Quality System requirements.
• Utilize SAP, Service Now, and MS Office to support processes.

Are you passionate about financial reporting, accounting excellence, and process improvement? Ivoclar is looking for a finance professional to join our Global Shared Services team as a Finance & Accounting Services Associate - Record to Report.

In this role, you'll support accurate and timely financial reporting by managing accounting master data, fixed asset accounting, intercompany transactions, and finance close activities. You'll play a vital role in maintaining strong financial controls, ensuring compliance, and delivering reliable financial information that supports business decision‑making across our global subsidiaries.

Your role

This position will be responsible for any of these record to report processes:

Accounting & Controlling Master Data

• Create/Maintain Cost Accounts/Centers
• Create/Maintain Balance Sheet Structures
• Create/Maintain Cost Center Hierarchies
• Create/Maintain Internal Orders

Manage Fixed Assets

• Create Asset Master Data
• Asset Transfer and Changes
• Coordinate Physical Asset Inventory Counting
• Record Asset Disposal
• Asset Reporting

Intercompany Accounting

• Process Intercompany Accounting
• Charge Intercompany Loan Interest
• Perform Intercompany Reconciliation
• Manage Intercompany Enquiries and Disputes

Perform Finance Close

• Perform Regular Asset Valuation
• Valuate FX Gains and Losses
• Valuate and Reclass BS Items

Compliance

• Ensure business activities comply with legal and ethical requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Ivoclar Vivadent's Quality System.
• Adherence to Ivoclar Vivadent Code of Business Conduct.

Systems

Be familiar and confident with computer business packages which include:

• SAP
• Service Now
• Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and Outlook.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field required.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in the field of Finance and Accounting preferably Record to Report operations
• Experience in a Shared Service environment or multinational corporation is preferred.
• Experience in SAP (SAP S/4 HANA) is preferred.
• Should possess creative problem-solving skills, can multi-task, knows prioritization of tasks, resourceful, Adaptable, Flexible, tech-savy, keen on details, has a high EQ (Emotional Quotient), has an understanding of proper etiquette, and has a high sense of integrity.
• Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills.
