Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
• Clear and customer-centric communication is essential.
• Strong problem-solving and empathy to handle challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Recipient Support: main contact for recipients, addressing inquiries and guiding to ensure a positive gifting experience.
• Communication: email communication with recipients via Kustomer in a clear, upbeat tone.
• Issue Resolution: investigate and resolve recipient concerns promptly with internal teams.
• Feedback Collection: gather recipient feedback and relay insights for improvement.
• Documentation: maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
• Collaboration: work with CX, product, and technical teams for smooth journeys.
• Recipient Engagement: proactively update recipients and foster satisfaction and loyalty.
• Continuous Learning: stay informed about platform updates and features.
