Job summary

Meralco is seeking a Realty Services Staff to assist in management of the company’s real properties, including acquisition, process management, and inventory control. You will help with property titles, due diligence, and lease administration while coordinating with government agencies and internal teams.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, 2+ years in asset/lease administration, and on-site work in Ortigas, Pasig. Proficiency in MS Office and strong customer relations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of asset and/or lease administration experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; good customer relations; driver’s license preferred; on-site work in Ortigas, Pasig.

Responsibilities

• Assists in acquisition and negotiation with property owners; draft contracts and verify market values.
• Oversees lease agreements and ensures timely rental payments; manages billing and accounts.
• Maintains digital copies of real property documents and ensures database integrity.
• Assists in due diligence for land titles and related government filings.
• Supports boundary verification, surveys, and other surveying-related tasks.
