Job summary

Meralco is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to oversee end-to-end non-electric project lifecycles—from planning and design to execution and handover of real estate assets and spaces. The role focuses on space optimization, policy development, and disciplined management of budgets, timelines, and compliance across multiple facilities.

The ideal candidate is a Licensed Civil Engineer with at least two years of experience in facilities design/construction, proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project,

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer.
• Minimum two years of experience in design and construction of facilities, buildings, and property development.
• Preferably with diploma/certification in Construction Management, Project Management, Facilities Management or Property Management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software (MS Project, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop).
• Knowledge of BOSH and ISO standards.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Integrity, high ethical standards and strong teamwork.
• Ability to deliver results under pressure and tight timelines.
• Amenable to work onsite at Ortigas, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Space optimization strategy development aligned with company objectives.
• Audit spaces for compliance with Policies and Standards.
• Lead property development projects and urban site planning.
• Coordinate architectural and engineering designs to prevent clashes.
• Manage multiple project budgets, schedules and documentation.
• Provide technical guidance during bids, procurement and contractor reviews.
• Ensure QA/QC and compliance with international, government and company standards.
• Support regulatory submissions and facilitate permits for projects.
• Provide BOQ/BOM data and prepare renovation timetables.
