Role Description

The Property Specialist (Real Estate - Ortigas Land) is a full-time, hybrid role based in Pasig, with a combination of on-site work in Ortigas developments and some work-from-home flexibility. The role focuses on promoting and selling residential and commercial properties, conducting property viewings, and providing knowledgeable guidance to prospective clients on available units, pricing, and payment options. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, maintaining an active client database, preparing sales proposals, and ensuring timely follow-through from inquiry to closing. The Property Specialist collaborates with internal teams on marketing activities and sales campaigns, participates in events and roadshows, and maintains strong relationships with clients to support referrals and repeat business. The role also involves staying updated on market trends, project features, and company policies to deliver accurate and transparent information to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities.
• Customer Service skills, with a focus on client relationship management, responsiveness, and a consultative approach to addressing client needs.
• Commercial Real Estate knowledge, including familiarity with office, retail, and mixed-use property offerings and basic understanding of market trends.
• Residential Real Estate experience, including handling condominium and housing projects, property viewings, and buyer documentation.
• Sales skills, such as lead generation, negotiation, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Relevant experience in real estate, property development, or related sales roles is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Pasig, manage time effectively, and coordinate both field and remote activities.
• Proficiency in basic office and digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM systems) and comfort with online presentations or virtual client meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required with strong relevant experience.
