Role Description

The Property Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pasig. This role is responsible for promoting and selling Ortigas Land's residential and commercial properties, assisting potential buyers in identifying suitable units, and guiding them through the entire sales process. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property tours, responding to inquiries, preparing sales documentation, and maintaining accurate records of leads and clients. The Property Specialist collaborates with internal teams to stay updated on project details, pricing, and promotions, and actively participates in marketing and sales events. The role requires consistent on-site presence in project locations and sales offices to ensure timely and professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills for presenting property features, explaining terms, and coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Excellent Customer Service abilities to build relationships, address inquiries, and provide a positive client experience throughout the sales cycle.
• Background or familiarity in Residential Real Estate to effectively promote and match clients with appropriate living spaces.
• Knowledge or experience in Commercial Real Estate to support clients seeking office, retail, or mixed-use properties.
• Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a competitive real estate environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Pasig, including weekends and holidays as needed, and manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
