• 1–3 years in SOC, intelligence, EM or related field.
• Ability to quickly review large volumes of information and identify actionable details.
• Strong written communication, ability to summarize fast-moving situations.
• Remain calm and detail‑oriented in high‑tempo environments.
• Willingness to work on a rotational 24/7 shift.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Familiarity with OSINT sources and social media monitoring.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct real-time, all-source monitoring of global security events to identify incidents and risks.
• Triages alerts and identifies details affecting employees, facilities, or operations.
• Provide initial situational awareness and context for security incidents.
• Draft and share incident notifications and updates per procedures.
• Maintain heightened monitoring during elevated threat periods and escalate as needed.
• Assist senior analysts with data collection and analysis for reports and projects.
• Accurately log incidents, alerts, and actions for continuity and review.
• Collaborate with GIO, CSOC, and partners for consistent situational awareness.
• Support rotation shifts, including surge coverage beyond standard hours.
