Optum is seeking a CSOC Manager for the Philippines, based in Makati. You will lead the Country Security Operations Center, ensuring 24x7 monitoring, incident response, and alignment with corporate security standards.

You will work with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive risk-based security strategies, governance, and continuous improvements across security programs in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive security experience in private/public sectors.
• Experience leading SOC/CSOC and enterprise workplace security programs.
• Proven ability to engage senior leaders and manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of physical security technologies and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Philippines CSOC to monitor incidents and respond to security events.
• Develop metrics, KPIs, and reporting for leadership.
• Oversee vendor relationships and security programs cross-functionally.
• Manage annual security budgets for the Philippines.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Facilities, Legal and Compliance.
