Qualifications

• 1+ years in security operations, intelligence, emergency management, or related field.
• Able to review large volumes of information quickly to identify actionable details.
• Strong written communication to summarize fast-moving situations.
• Calm, focused, and detail-oriented in high-tempo environments.
• Willingness to work a rotational 24/7 shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform real-time, all-source monitoring of global security events.
• Triage alerts and identify information relevant to employees, facilities, or operations.
• Provide initial situational awareness and context for security incidents.
• Draft and disseminate incident notifications and updates per procedures.
• Maintain incident logs and support information sharing with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with CSOC and cross-functional teams to ensure continuity.
