Qualifications

• 1–3 years in security operations, intelligence, emergency management or related field.
• Ability to rapidly review large information volumes and extract actionable items.
• Strong written communication to summarize fast-moving situations clearly.
• Calm, focused, detail-oriented under high tempo conditions.
• Willingness to work a rotational 24/7 shift schedule.
• Good organizational skills and multi-tasking capability.
• Familiarity with OSINT sources and monitoring tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct real-time, all-source monitoring of global security events using OSINT, media, and social platforms.
• Triage alerts and identify information affecting employees, facilities, or operations.
• Provide initial situational awareness and context for incidents.
• Draft and disseminate incident notifications and updates per procedures.
• Maintain heightened monitoring during elevated threat periods and escalation.
• Assist senior analysts with data collection, research, and trend tracking.
• Capture and maintain incident logs and actions for after-action review.
• Collaborate with GIO, CSOC, and cross‑functional teams for consistent information sharing.
• Support rotational shift coverage including surge needs.
