Optum is seeking an Intelligence Operations Analyst in the Philippines to monitor real-time security events and support incident management. You will work within the Intelligence Operations Center, using OSINT and traditional sources to deliver timely situational awareness.

The role requires 1+ years in security operations, strong analytical and written communication, and the ability to work in a rotating 24/7 schedule.

• 1+ years in security operations, intelligence, emergency management, or related field.
• Ability to rapidly review large volumes of information and identify relevant, time-sensitive details.
• Strong written communication to summarize fast-moving situations clearly and concisely.
• Calm, focused, and detail-oriented in high-stress environments.
• Willingness to work rotational, 24/7 shift-based schedule.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Familiarity with OSINT sources and social media monitoring.

• Conduct real-time, all-source monitoring of global security events using OSINT, traditional media, and social platforms.
• Triage alerts to identify relevant details affecting employees, facilities, or operations.
• Provide initial situational awareness and context for security incidents.
• Draft and disseminate incident notifications and updates per procedures.
• Maintain heightened monitoring during elevated threat periods.
• Assist senior analysts with information collection, research, and data aggregation.
