The role supports the Country Security Operations Center (CSOC) by monitoring global employee and executive travel, providing real-time visibility, and coordinating duty-of-care actions around the clock.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in security operations or travel security.
• Experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or operations center environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication in operational contexts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor travel activity using approved traveler tracking and travel security platforms.
• Maintain real‑time awareness of global security events impacting traveler safety or mobility.
• Identify travelers potentially affected by incidents and initiate notifications.
• Review, triage, and document travel‑related alerts per procedures.
• Coordinate with Executive Protection teams, regional security partners, and CSOC counterparts.
• Assist with traveler outreach, follow‑up messaging, and location verification.
• Provide traveler location and contextual information to support incident response.
• Document travel monitoring activities and incidents clearly and timely.
• Participate in shift handovers to ensure continuity of awareness and coverage.
• Escalate issues outside defined procedures or risk thresholds to senior operators.
