Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in security operations or a related operational role.
• Experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or 24/7 environment.
• Ability to follow established procedures and escalation protocols.
• Strong written and verbal communication for operational documentation.
• High attention to detail and accuracy with sensitive information.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise physical security systems, alarms and dashboards in real time.
• Serve as the primary intake point for security incidents via phone, email, alarms, or notifications.
• TriagE incidents to determine priority, required actions and escalation level.
• Accurately document incidents, actions and outcomes in incident systems.
• Maintain awareness of active incidents and provide timely updates during events.
• Respond to emergency alerts and safety activations and coordinate response
• Participate in shift handovers to ensure continuity of situational awareness
• Escalate incidents beyond thresholds to senior operators or leadership
• Adhere to security policies, governance standards and confidentiality requirements
• Comply with employment terms, policies and directives; company reserves rights to change policies.
