Optum, a UnitedHealth Group Company, is seeking an Intelligence Operations Analyst for the Intelligence Operations Center (IOC) in the Philippines. The role focuses on real-time monitoring of global security events, prioritizing incidents, and delivering timely situational awareness to protect employees and assets.

You will triage alerts, draft incident notifications, and support senior analysts with data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Qualifications

1+ years in a security operations center, intelligence, emergency management, or related field.
Ability to rapidly review large volumes of information for time‑sensitive, actionable details.
Strong written communication to summarize fast-moving situations clearly.
Remain calm, focused and detail‑oriented in high‑tempo environments.
Ability to work within rotational 24/7 shift schedules.
Excellent organizational skills for multitasking and prioritization.
Familiarity with OSINT sources, social media monitoring, and situational awareness tools.
Proficiency with standard office productivity tools (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

Conduct real-time, all-source monitoring of global security events to identify risks.
Triage alerts and provide initial situational context for incidents.
Draft and disseminate incident notifications and updates per procedures.
Maintain logs and support incident response with data collection and analysis.
Collaborate with CSOC and cross-functional partners to share information.
