Qualifications

• 1+ years in a security operations center or related field.
• Ability to rapidly review large volumes of information and identify time-sensitive details.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and detail-oriented in high-tempo environments.
• Willingness to work a rotational 24/7 shift.
• Familiarity with OSINT sources and monitoring tools.
• Proficiency with standard office productivity tools such as MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct real-time, all-source monitoring of global security events to identify incidents and risks.
• Triage alerts and extract actionable details affecting personnel or operations.
• Provide initial situational awareness for security incidents and events.
• Draft and share timely incident notifications and updates per procedures.
• Maintain logs and documentation for continuity and after-action reviews.
• Collaborate with GIO, CSOC and partners to ensure information sharing.
