Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years of experience in the credit card business focusing on fraud management.
• Experience in Anti-Financial Account Scamming Act (AFASA) is required.
• Strong knowledge of credit card operations and the banking industry.

Responsibilities

• Review real-time flagged credit and debit card transactions to drive detection rates and minimize fraud losses.
• Analyze fraud trends and transaction patterns; recommend control enhancements and process improvements.
• Coordinate with acquiring banks and industry counterparts for investigations and verification.
• Take immediate action on potentially compromised accounts, including extraction, blocking, and replacement.
• Prepare productivity, MIS, investigation, and regulatory fraud reports within required turnaround times.
