You will manage end-to-end sales workflows, liaise with developer partners, and support sales operations to drive lead generation. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with CTS processes, tracking inventory and promos, coordinating broker activities, and guiding buyers through purchase cycles to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management (BS REM) or related field.
• Excellent communication, document management, and coordination skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales workflow from Reservation Agreements to CTS.
• Liaise with developer partners to track inventory, pricing, and promos.
• Coordinate with brokers for project manning, open houses, and trainings.
• Track commissions and coordinate with developer accounting for timely payouts.
• Prospect potential buyers and guide clients through purchase cycles.
• Facilitate real-time internal communications for updates.
