Convergence Realty & Development Corporation is seeking a Documentation Specialist based in Makati City to support the Loans Processing team. You will review documents for completeness, encode details into the system, and liaise with customers to obtain required information.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Newly graduated applicants are welcome, with a view to grow in a collaborative, professional environment.

About the role

Documentation Specialist role is responsible for providing support to the Loans Processing team at Convergence Realty & Development Corporation. Based in our Makati City office, you will play a vital part in ensuring efficient and accurate processing of real estate documents.

What you'll be doing

• Receive and review of documents for completeness and accuracy
• Encoding details into the company's system.
• Communicate with customers to request any missing or additional information required
• Maintain organized filing systems
• Manage post-approval housing loan documentation and ensure completeness of all required documents.
• Process buyer's title conversion in accordance with company processes.
• Coordinate title transfer and loan take-out activities with internal teams and external agencies.
• Monitor and facilitate the timely completion of post-approval requirements to ensure successful loan release and property transfer.
• Provide general administrative support to the Documentation Processing team as needed

• At least 2 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within the real estate or financial services industry
• Newly Graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with customers and colleagues
