Convergence Realty & Development Corporation is seeking a Documentation Specialist based in Makati City to support the Loans Processing team. You will review documents for completeness, encode details into the system, and liaise with customers to obtain required information.

• 2 years of experience in a similar role in real estate or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review documents for completeness and accuracy.

• Process buyer's title conversion per company processes.
• Coordinate title transfer and loan take-out with internal/ external teams.
• Monitor post-approval requirements to ensure loan release and property transfer.
