Job summary

Ecoverde Homes seeks a detail-oriented professional to process and monitor title transfer transactions for post-takeout accounts. You will prepare, review, and submit documents for title registration and transfer, coordinating with buyers, banks, BIR, Registry of Deeds, and other agencies.

You will also monitor taxes and fees, maintain precise records, and respond to buyer inquiries to resolve title transfer issues. Strong MS Office skills and at least 1 year of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Legal Management, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in real estate documentation, title transfer, or accounts management.
• Knowledge of title transfer processes and government requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor title transfer transactions for post-takeout accounts.
• Prepare, review, and submit required documents for title registration and transfer.
• Coordinate with buyers, banks, BIR, Registry of Deeds, Assessor’s Office, and other agencies.
• Monitor payment of taxes, fees, and other transfer-related charges.
• Maintain accurate records and provide status updates and reports.
• Address buyer inquiries and resolve issues related to title transfer processing.
