Job summary

Daiichi Properties, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Lead Associate 2 (Legal Assistant) to manage end-to-end title and tax declaration transfers for properties acquired and sold. You will ensure timely processing and compliance across government agencies involved in title transfer.

Coordinate with BIR, RD, AO, TO and other offices, oversee consolidations/subdivisions, and prepare documentation for permits and clearances. 1-4 years in a real estate development environment preferred.
