Job summary

Golden Topper is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to provide end-to-end support during the unit turnover process for buyers. You will coordinate with internal teams, validate documentary requirements, and ensure smooth turnover and post-turnover service while maintaining accurate records.

You will handle inquiries via email, calls, and messages, monitor SRFs, prepare disposition letters, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced real estate environment in Cebu City.

Qualifications

• Must have a business-related degree.
• 1–2 years of turnover or customer service experience.
• Knowledgeable in sales operations management and sales support.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to multi-task and problem-solve.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from buyers and sellers via email, calls, SMS, and messages with timely responses.
• Review accounts, validate requirements, and coordinate with departments.
• Prepare and monitor Special Request Forms (SRFs) and management dispositions.
• Maintain customer service databases and generate operational reports.
