Job summary

Daiichi Properties, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Lead Associate 2 (Legal Assistant) to manage end-to-end title and tax declaration transfers for properties acquired and sold. You will ensure timely processing and compliance across government agencies involved in title transfer.

Coordinate with BIR, RD, AO, TO and other offices, oversee consolidations/subdivisions, and prepare documentation for permits and clearances. 1–4 years in a real estate development environment preferred.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with basic knowledge of the title transfer process and permitting requirements.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to report in the office and willing to travel to different project locations regularly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and process documents for title and tax declaration transfers.
• Coordinate with BIR, RD, AO, TO, and other government agencies involved in title transfers.
• Ensure timely submission and processing of complete dockets.
• Facilitate payment of national and local taxes and fees.
• Identify, monitor, and elevate issues during the title transfer process.
• Process consolidation and subdivision of titles for projects.
• Compile documentary requirements for permits and clearances.
