FILINVEST LAND, INC. is seeking a Talent Attraction/Sourcing Manager to design and execute strategic sourcing initiatives that attract qualified real estate sellers and ensure a robust recruitment pipeline.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• Certifications in Talent Acquisition, Digital Recruitment, Employer Branding, or Project Management are preferred but not required.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage
