Filta. is seeking a high-energy Talent Acquisition professional to drive multi-channel sourcing, engage passive candidates, and conduct structured interviews.

You will act as the face of the brand, delivering timely, respectful communication and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. You will maintain data hygiene in the ATS, build pipelines, and collaborate across teams while embracing and measuring for cultural fit and resilience.

• Experience in talent acquisition or fast-paced recruitment.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools.
