Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.

• Familiar with Condo Corporation, HOA and developer communications.
• Ability to respond quickly to urgent issues.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up.
• Open-minded and willing to learn new practices.
• Provide high-quality service aligned with Japanese standards while adapting to local practices.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Properties located from Lipa (south) to Caloocan (north).

Responsibilities

• Manage operations across multiple properties.
• Supervise Property Managers and site staff.
• Handle resident concerns and on-site issues.
• Monitor licenses and compliance requirements.
• Train staff on Japanese-standard property management practices.
• Maintain high-quality service standards across all properties.
• Conduct site visits and operational inspections.
• Support business development and acquire new management contracts.
