Job summary

Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC) seeks a licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer to lead the operations of our commercial properties in Metro Manila. You will oversee facilities, coordinate staff and service providers, and implement corporate standards for efficiency.

With at least four years in property operations, you will manage budgets, billing, compliance, and stakeholder relations, ensuring safe, reliable building services and strong resident and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Licensed electrical or mechanical engineer required.
• At least four years in property operations with supervisory experience.
• Strong background in operations management, budgeting, and customer service.
• Excellent leadership and communication with stakeholders.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage operations of the commercial/office property.
• Implement the company’s management standards, policies, and programs.
• Supervise maintenance of common areas, facilities, and equipment.
• Lead regular coordination meetings with staff, service providers, and stakeholders.
• Prepare, implement, and monitor budgets for operations, maintenance, and CAPEX.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing, collection, and financial reporting.
• Monitor compliance with government regulations, permits, and statutory requirements.
• Develop and implement community engagement programs to address resident inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Coordinate with service providers, contractors, and local authorities to ensure smooth operations.
