• Knowledge of property management principles including facility maintenance and budgeting.

• Process-oriented with good time management and deadline handling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property management operations and ensure that properties under supervision are well-maintained.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure units and common areas meet safety and quality standards.
• Address maintenance and repair issues promptly.
• Oversee maintenance projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Generate regular reports on property performance, including financial and technical reports.
