Job summary

Savills Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Property Manager to oversee multiple residential properties in La Union. You will lead daily operations, enforce house rules, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating preventive maintenance, managing service providers, handling budgets and financial reports, and developing initiatives to improve service quality. On-site role with a six-day work week and a license in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Qualifications

• Must graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam) is a must.
• At least 2 years of work experience in the property management industry (Residential exposure is an advantage).
• Willing to work on-site in Bacnotan, La Union.
• Willing to oversee at least three (3) properties in La Union.
• Amenable to work six (6) days a week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and inspections.
• Monitor security, housekeeping, and safety compliance.
• Manage preventive maintenance and technical programs.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and budgets for board/landlord meetings.
• Supervise the property management team and ensure effective communication.
