Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Property Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned properties, ensuring facilities are maintained to company standards and client expectations.
• Supervise operations teams including maintenance staff, security, and admin support; provide guidance and performance monitoring.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency, safety, and service quality.
• Monitor budgets and control expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising service.
• Ensure compliance with body corporate regulations, local government requirements, and legislative standards.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, repairs, and preventive maintenance across properties.
• Handle tenant and owner relations, addressing concerns professionally and timely.
• Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for management review.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety standards.
