Job summary

The ideal candidate holds an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree, has a valid driver's license, and has experience managing condos and townhouses while delivering Japanese-standard service in a local context.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Condo Corporation, HOA and developer communications.
• Ability to respond quickly to urgent issues.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up.

• Provide high-quality service aligned with Japanese standards while adapting to local practices.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Properties located from Lipa (south) to Caloocan (north).
