Housecall Pro is seeking a Team Lead, Website Onboarding to supervise a team of onboarding specialists and oversee the client website onboarding process for our Pros. You will ensure projects meet brand standards and are delivered efficiently.

The role emphasizes leadership, organizational excellence, and a customer-focused mindset, with opportunities to mentor others and improve onboarding workflows using AI tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ years admin/data input experience
• 1+ years customer-facing experience
• 2+ years creating websites with web design software (Duda, WordPress, GoDaddy, Squarespace, Canva)
• 1+ years leading or mentoring others
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve workflows

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of website onboarding specialists
• Oversee the onboarding process for Pros' websites, ensuring adherence to company standards
• Create templated customer websites using templates and guidelines
• Leverage AI tools to optimize web build quality and delivery speed
• Serve as escalation point for complex client inquiries or issues
• Conduct regular training sessions for the team
• Analyze performance metrics and report to management on team efficiency
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in website development
