Outsourcey is seeking an onboarding-focused digital marketing specialist in the Philippines. You will support client onboarding, account creation, and post-launch activities across paid and organic media.

Responsibilities include GTM/GA4 setup, Salesforce data entry, and cross-department collaboration to ensure smooth onboarding. The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with onboarding focus.
• Familiar with tracking and analytics tools (GA, GTM, Salesforce).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage priorities.
• Problem-solving mindset with focus on process optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support across paid media, organic media and client services with onboarding and account creation.
• Pre-onboarding: send contracts, collect W9s, ensure matching property names.
• Onboarding: complete sheets, enter tasks, use Salesforce, organize folders and budgets.
• Onboarding: manage client communications, gather items, assets, logins, follow-ups.
• Onboarding: GTM creation, GA4 setup, GSC verification, GBP, Facebook setup.
• Onboarding: access social profiles, 2FA, connect profiles, sync Instagram with FB.
• Post-launch: map Salesforce services, audit property dashboards, grant access, provide PMC instructions.
• Participate in meetings, share insights to improve operations.
• Stay updated on trends in multifamily and digital marketing.
