Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of high-volume outbound cold calling in real estate or similar fields.
• Solid understanding of real estate investing, wholesaling, seller financing, and SubTo structures.
• Hands-on experience with PropStream and GoHighLevel for list building, dialing, and automation.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. DNC, TCPA, and SMS marketing regulations.
• Clear, professional English communication and reliable tech setup for remote work.

Responsibilities

• High-volume outbound calling to target distressed property owners and motivated sellers.
• Qualify seller motivation, timelines, and decision-makers; schedule appointments.
• Data mining, skip tracing, and CRM entry using PropStream and GoHighLevel; maintain DNC/TCPA compliance.
• Execute multi-touch outreach via SMS, email, and social media; create and schedule posts.
• Meet KPI benchmarks (e.g., 15 qualified appointments per week; 70% show rate).
