Qualifications

• 1+ years in high-volume outbound calling or telesales.
• Fluent spoken and written English with high energy and resilience.

• Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calling via a powerdialer (2,000+ to 4,000+ dials/week).
• Qualify homeowners by identifying seller motivation and property details.
• Log call details and update lead statuses in the CRM with accurate notes.
• Maintain a 10%-20% connection rate and 10+ qualified leads/week pass to Acquisitions Managers.
• Participate in daily team check-ins, role-plays, and script reviews.
