Job summary

Our Clients in Quezon City is seeking a seasoned Customer Experience Manager to lead service excellence across the real estate customer journey. You will oversee customer service operations, billing support, client communications, and after-sales services while driving continuous improvement of customer‑facing processes.

Collaborating with Sales, Finance, Property Management, Engineering, and Legal teams, you will address client needs, monitor feedback, set KPIs and service levels, and mentor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in Customer Experience/CRM within Real Estate.
• Experience with real estate developers or property companies is a must.
• Strong client management and billing experience.
• Proven leadership of customer service teams.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, and service reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily customer experience and customer service operations.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and service requests.
• Oversee billing inquiries and customer account coordination.
• Develop and implement customer experience strategies to improve satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Property Management, Engineering and Legal teams.
• Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvements.
• Establish and monitor customer service KPIs and SLAs.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the customer service team.
• Prepare operational and customer satisfaction reports for management.
