Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a Client Relations Manager (Real Estate) to oversee the end-to-end client experience in Quezon City. The role focuses on prompt resolution of concerns, billing inquiries, and robust after-sales support to sustain loyalty.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in real estate client relations or customer service, with proven leadership, negotiation, and CRM/Microsoft Office skills. On-site employment with a strong emphasis on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in Client Relations or Customer Service within the Real Estate industry.
• Must come from a real estate developer or property management company.
• Strong knowledge of client management, customer service, billing coordination, and complaint resolution.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage all client relations activities from turnover through after-sales support.
• Ensure prompt handling of customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and escalations.
• Supervise billing inquiries, payment concerns, and customer account-related issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and implement initiatives to improve service quality.
• Develop and maintain customer communication programs.
• Track customer service KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Client Relations team to achieve service excellence.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance customer experience.
