Qualifications

• Four-year degree, preferably business-related.
• At least 3 years in real estate sales in a bank, real estate company, or brokerage.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork (inspections/site visits).
• Existing customer database, property listings, and active sales network.
• Strong broker network (individuals and firms).
• Proficient in social media platforms for real estate marketing; online presence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close sales opportunities for acquired assets through direct selling, broker partnerships, referrals, and marketing.
• Conduct property presentations, site inspections, and negotiations to secure buyers and maximize value.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, clients, and referral networks to expand market reach.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote available properties and increase buyer interest.
• Prepare sales proposals and presentations for management approval.
• Manage end-to-end transaction processing, including documentation, payment coordination, and closing.
