The position requires at least 3 years in real estate sales within banks or real estate sectors, with a strong broker network and willingness to be on-site in Makati or Ortigas. Social media marketing experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a 4-year college degree, preferably business.
• Minimum 3 years in real estate sales in banking, real estate, or brokerage.
• Willingness to conduct field work for site trips with buyers and brokers.
• Must maintain an existing customer database, portfolio, and network.
• Strong brokers network with individuals and companies; social media presence preferred.
• Willing to work on-site in Makati/Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Solicit direct buyers and source buyers from broker networks for ROPA / foreclosed real estate properties.
• Secure offers from direct buyers and ensure buyer's conformity if solicited through a broker.
• Arrange site trips / property inspections with prospects and brokers.
• Ensure complete submission of all buyer's documentary requirements.
• Evaluate and finalize sales proposals for management approval.
